Welcome to Foods!

This is an exploratory class for high school students. The purpose of this class is to introduce you to the world of cooking. This course will include food preparation, kitchen safety, and of course cooking! Course instruction will be focused on leadership, and positive habits, and attitudes as well as  planning, problem solving, and cooking.

This page was created for my students and their parents so that I can keep an open line of communication so as to keep you informed and connected with myself and Hinsdale Central School. You will find important links and information updating you on activities we are doing at school.  My goal for Family and Consumer Sciences is to create skills that will last a lifetime.
