2) Prioritize building repairs in order to maximize our remaining Excel Aid while minimizing local cost to taxpayers, looking for ways to reduce energy costs.

3) Continue to find ways to increase our graduation rate and better prepare all students for life after HCS

4) Monitor the fiscal situation in Albany

5) Ensure the district provides a safe, secure and respectful teaching and learning environment

6) Increase the level of parent, family, and community support and involvement in our children’s educational process.

7) Maintain and enhance a curriculum that provides students with the necessary knowledge to contribute and succeed in society.

8) Monitor the intervention process with students whose assessments indicate the need for additional assistance.

9) Continue the role of fiscal oversight, on a regular basis and in budget preparation.

10) Provide support for new teachers.
